for Mercy Teams International (MTI) is
located in Singapore, a bustling, English-speaking cosmopolitan
city located within 2-4 hours flying time from every East
Asia country in which MTI conducts its work amongst the
poor and needy.
MTI Headquarters coordinates the following functions on

Warehouse & Distribution Centre – Mercy Team's
warehouse facilities are used to store a wide variety
of donated goods, for eventual distribution to Countries
where the needs are greatest.
There are many examples of goods that have gone thru our
Singapore Warehouse :
• 5000 used blankets donated by an Airline company
were distributed in the following countries: Thailand,
Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines, Timor Leste, China,
Kazakhstan and India

Recycled
computers taken to the Thailand-Myanmar border to
establish a computer training centre for unemployed
Burmese refugees |

Educational
materials (including stationery, pencil cases, school
bags, shoes and uniforms) were passed on to the Street
Kids Program in Cebu and Cambodia |

Toys
and learning materials (e.g. McDonald toys, small
soft toys, educational puzzles and learning aids)
were given to orphanages in Myanmar |

Clothing
and shoes were sent to needy children in Cambodia
and Myanmar |

Shoeboxes
containing Christmas gifts were distributed to Cambodian
children |

Mosquito nets and hygiene packs were distributed to IDP
families sheltering in the jungle.
We are urgently in need of Full time Staff to strengthen
our HQ Team in Singapore or part time Volunteers to assist
in the Warehouse centre.
